Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show were a country rock jug band whose live shows were often extremely chaotic. They started out in the late 60s performing material written by Shel Silverstein, and achieved fame with the song \”The Cover of the Rolling Stone.\” Here are Dr. Hook and the gang in a rare German television appearance.
